You will get an email from us (klienditugi@nutilaod.ee) with link to sign the rental agreement.
You should get the email inside 5 minutes. Please check spam folder as well.
You will need your Estonian ID-card to sign for the agreement.

While waiting you can download our app which is used to enter the building and your unit.
